Can you tell us a little about your company?

We are a Norwegian software & consulting company providing software that works with your existing systems to automate and accelerate the process of handling incoming invoices while enabling this to be a paperless process. Eye-share currently has over 400 customers (including 100 maritime customers, 28 in the Asia-Pacific region) which use our main product, ‘eye-share Invoice’ as a front end or add-on to their existing systems to improve efficiencies, automate business processes and provide more control in their Accounts Payable process.

What makes your products and services unique/different?

Users say we strike the ultimate balance of being highly customisable/configurable while also having a user-friendly interface & functionality. This means catering for a broad scope of maritime enterprises, from those who are fully digitalised to those who are just beginning their digitalisation journey. We have off-the-shelf integrations with most procurement and accounting systems used in the maritime sector. Moreover, our organisation has real maritime expertise to complement our highly skilled technical team in solving customers’ purchase-to-pay challenges.

What are your reasons for joining IMPA Singapore?

We want to meet others in the industry to hear the latest trends in our sector. Of course, we are very interested in meeting procurement/finance managers curious about reducing manual work, errors and risk in their purchase-to-pay processes.
